This pet food production line is mainly composed of a powder mixer, twin-screw extruder, air conveyor, dryer and seasoning line. This line can impart novel shapes to pet food, such as heart-shaped, bone-shaped, round, triangular, fish-shaped, square, etc., with unique flavors and colors. And it adapts to the evolving pet food market with the most scientific nutritional ratios and ease of digestion. The rich variety of shapes and flavors meets the requirements of various pet food products. Working Process

1.Mixer: Mixes ingredients such as corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, meat powder, cereal flour, additives, etc., with a certain proportion of water thoroughly.
2. Förderschnecke: Uses a motor-driven screw conveyor to transport the mixed ingredients to the feeding hopper of the extruder.
3. Twin-screw Extruder: Under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions and the squeezing action of the screws, different feeds can be produced by adjusting the process, and specific particle sizes and shapes can be achieved by changing molds.
4.Air Conveyor: Transports the feed to the drying oven.
5. Trockenschrank: The oven is mostly electrically heated, with temperature control between 0-200 degrees through the control cabinet. It has a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag inside to reduce the moisture content of feed particles, promote maturation and increase shelf life.
6.Seasoning Line: Oil sprayers apply oil, attractants, etc. The seasoning drum can be octagonal, round, lifting single roller drum, or double roller drum, configured based on production capacity and product properties. Oil is sprayed on the feed surface while evenly applying minced meat and spices.
7. Air Conveyor: Reduces the temperature of feed particles, promotes solidification of fats, and lowers particle temperature for easy packaging.
8. Packaging: The feed is sent to the packaging line for packaging, labeling, and preparation for shipment to the market.
